Andrew King

 

Andrew King was born in Bedford in 1956. Studied at Hornsey College, London, where he gained a B.A. Hons in fine art in 1978. In the same year he was awarded a David Murray Scholarship by the R.A. School. Andrew is currently a member of the R.A. Reynolds Club. He has had work selected many times for exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London, commencing with the Britain in Water-colours exhibition in 1978, the National society (elected a member in 1984) the Royal Institute of Painters in Water-colours, the New English Art Club the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the Royal Society of Marine Artists.
