Brian G James

Brian G James was born in Wales he studied at St Martins  and The Royal College of Art Brian’s formative years were steeped in tales from Celtic legends and mythology, a product of his Welsh ancestry. A fascination grew from their images and symbols, giving form to perceived truths. ‘Cultural responses to man’s relationship with nature is territory i’ve explored over several years. Full of desire and fear, intimacy and distance, dark flesh and dead fruit.’
