About
About
Sarah is drawn to investigating the natural environment and enjoying the richness of living in a county where the sea is never far away.
“The daily changes in the makeup of the land and the things that grow and die there- both above and beneath the ground- never cease to amaze me. I use clay forms to explain my interpretation of the depth and breadth of our environment.”
Sarah graduated in Fine Art Sculpture at NUA in 2007. She has had work exhibited widely in the UK and internationally. Sarah also works and exhibits collaboratively with Brenda Unwin exploring the conceptual and archaeological memory of land, place and space. They are involved in social engagement projects encouraging communication and the sharing of ideas.
