An exhibition of recent works by John Kiki. Starting on Sat 7 Apr with a Private View and Book Launch on Sat 14 Apr 201812pm–4pm. Exhibition continues until 28 Apr 2018 Mon–Sat 10am–5pm

John Kiki is an English figurative painter with deep roots in the Greek Cypriot community. He trained in the sixties at Camberwell Art School and at the Royal Academy Schools where Frank Auerbach mentored him. He relocated to the East Anglian coast where he continues to make his instantly recognisable, large, figurative paintings.

John Kiki and Keith Roberts, author of a new book about the artist, will both be at the gallery on Sat 14 Apr 12pm–4pm for a book signing.

John Kiki was Born in Cyprus, he studied at the Camberwell School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools 1960 – 64. His main influence is Frank Auerbach. John Kiki has Works in major collections which include: Chantry Bequest, National Gallery of Wales, The Saatchi Collection, Gallup Finland, Siemans PLC, Art Esprit Ltd, University Gallery, Liverpool.
